Southern supper was on the menu at Julep, located in the RiNo Arts District in Denver, CO. The clients wanted to capture the bold, multi-faceted flavors of their Southern roots, so a mixture of sophisticated and humble finishes were key ingredients; polished concrete floors, exposed ceiling ducts and fire equipment paired with the refinement of Manuel Canovas’ wallpaper and velvet covered booth seating.  The bar, a focal point of the restaurant, includes custom built-in millwork, leathered granite countertops and bar top library lamps.
